BONDERITE M-NT 2011 acts via a sol-gel mechanism, depositing a thin-film conversion coating based on silane/zirconium chemistry. The organic-inorganic hybrid layer creates a seamless transition between the metallic substrate and the organic paint finish. This promotes cross-linking density at the interface, resulting in exceptional adhesion and resistance to cathodic delamination. It is completely free of heavy metals and phosphates (RoHS/REACH compliant).
