BONDERITE C-NE 400 is based on a specialized aqueous solution of organic corrosion inhibitors and low-foaming surfactants. Unlike traditional alkaline cleaners, it operates at a neutral pH, making it safer for handling. The product leaves a monomolecular hydrophobic film on the metal surface, which acts as a barrier to atmospheric humidity and oxidation (flash rust) during inter-operational storage. It effectively demulsifies tramp oils for extended bath life.
