NVH, Sealing & Acoustic Solutions
This stage is critical for ensuring passenger comfort and structural durability. We offer a comprehensive solution package under Henkel’s TEROSON brand, aiming to reduce Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH), as well as protect the vehicle body from water ingress, dust, and corrosion.
Used to bond outer skin panels (hood, roof, doors) to inner reinforcement beams without affecting the outer surface appearance. We use single-component, rubber-based adhesives that cure in the paint oven. These materials feature high viscosity to prevent sagging and the unique ability to bond to oily steel without pre-cleaning. Crucially, they are “Wash-off resistant,” meaning they do not wash away in pretreatment baths before curing.

II. Seam Sealing & Protection
To protect welded joints from rust and water leakage, we use sprayable sealants based on MS-Polymer technology. This allows for the precise reproduction of OEM textures (beads or flat stream). These materials are UV resistant and offer excellent acoustic absorption properties.

Type: PVC Plastisol Underbody Coating.
Application: Abrasion-resistant coating for vehicle underbodies; protects against stone chipping.
TEROSON PV 5996 1 AC
Type: PVC Seam Sealant.
Application: High-viscosity sealant for body seams; ensures a permanent, elastic seal.

III. Glass Bonding System
The windshield is an integral part of the modern vehicle’s structural integrity. We provide a complete glass bonding system ensuring total fixation and leak prevention. The system starts with cleaning, followed by the application of a Black Primer that acts as a bonding bridge and protects the adhesive from UV degradation.
