This ensures perfect, uniform coverage of the entire vehicle body by immersing it in an electrically charged tank, allowing paint particles to deposit on every metal part, creating an invincible shield against rust and harsh environmental factors.

CathoGuard® 800 farblos
Type: Clear Cathodic E-Coat.
Feature: Unpigmented version providing the same corrosion protection but with a transparent finish to preserve the substrate’s look.

High Throwing Power:
Technical Description: The biggest challenge in painting car bodies is reaching complex internal areas (box sections, pillars, and hidden cavities). CathoGuard® 800 features exceptional penetration capability, depositing within these areas with the same efficiency as exterior surfaces, ensuring no internal weak points where rust could initiate.
Edge Protection:
Technical Description: Rust issues typically begin at sharp metal edges where coatings tend to flow away and thin out. The formulation of CathoGuard® 800 is designed to remain cohesive, covering sharp edges with a thick protective layer, significantly reducing corrosion risks at edges and corners.
Eco-Friendly Technology:
Technical Description: This product represents a leap in environmental standards. Its formulation is entirely heavy-metal free (Lead-free, Tin-free). It also features very low Volatile Organic Content (Low VOC), making it safe for the workplace and compliant with the strictest environmental regulations.
Compatibility:
Technical Description: It provides a highly smooth and uniform surface, making it an ideal primer layer for subsequent paint layers (Primer & Basecoat) without the need for extensive sanding. It is fully compatible with modern Waterborne Paint Systems.
