1- Fluid Handling & Application Equipment

Modern materials, whether sensitive waterborne paints or high-viscosity sealants, require specialized handling equipment. We provide a full range of pumps and spray systems focusing on “Process Control” to ensure the right amount of material is applied in the right place.

Key Technologies

  • High Viscosity Supply Systems: Powerful piston pumps designed to transfer heavy materials like seam sealers, LASD (Liquid Applied Sound Deadeners), and structural adhesives directly from drums to the production line. These systems feature follower plates to minimize material waste.
  • Metering & Mixing Systems: Engineered for 2K paints or epoxy adhesives, these systems ensure exact “Ratio Assurance” (Hardener-to-Resin). The system automatically halts the production line if any deviation occurs, preventing costly errors.
  • Spray Guns: A comprehensive selection of manual and automatic (robotic) guns utilizing Air Spray or Electrostatic technology. These tools are designed to maximize Transfer Efficiency and significantly reduce overspray.

2 Industrial Filtration Systems

Cleanliness is the key to quality in painting. Any dust or solid impurity in treatment baths can lead to surface defects (like Craters or roughness). We offer industrial filtration solutions designed for harsh paint shop environments to remove solid contaminants.

Key Applications

  • E-Coat Filtration: Using Bag Filters or Magnetic Separators to remove iron fines and impurities from the dip tank, ensuring a perfectly smooth surface.
  • Pretreatment Filtration: Removing emulsified oils and sludge from degreasing and phosphating baths to extend Bath Life and reduce maintenance downtime.
  • Water Treatment: Filtration of rinse water and cooling fluids.
