BONDERITE M-ZN L-3065 is a component of a tricationic phosphating system formulated to grow a dense network of Hopeite and Phosphophyllite crystals. The inclusion of Manganese modifies the crystal morphology to a nodular structure, which exhibits superior resistance to alkaline breakdown and mechanical stress compared to mono-cationic systems. This crystalline lattice provides excellent capillary action for primer absorption, maximizing the mechanical interlock.
