TEROSON PV 5098 NM is a heat-curing plastisol composed of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resins and plasticizers. It exhibits thixotropic rheology, allowing for high film builds without sagging on vertical surfaces. Upon curing in the paint oven (gelation and fusion), it transforms into a tough, elastic polymer network. It is engineered to absorb impact energy (stone chip resistance) and dampen structure-borne noise.
